Niki Hobbs is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor who maintains various national certifications and training through the American Council on Exercise, Aerobics Fitness Association of America, Schwinn, Barre Above,TRX, Yoga Alliance, and Precor.
I train all types of clients, from the very fit to the those who struggle with chronic bone and/or joint issues, post rehab needs and weight loss. I love to work with anyone who is motivated to work for change in their lives. My specialty is movement based training and functional fitness. I strive to help my clients make the mind-body connection to help them achieve their fitness goals through cardio and strength training.
